Awesome that you're checking about this website! My name is Charlotte (34 Yo Dutchie) and here´s a little bit about me: From the moment I started my career, almost 10 years ago as a young woman being part of big multinationals (within Marketing & Sales). I faced corporate politics, challenging sales conversations and tough negotiations. Sometimes I was forced to act in a certain way because 'being myself' (very excited and extravert, but also very analytical, plus not assertive at all) wouldn't be of benefit for my success within the company.
After my first (followed by many) personal DISC analysis. Things started to make sense to me. I went trough a transformative journey to grow in my corporate identity without losing my authentic self. During the discovery of myself, team members, colleagues and others, DISC has been my compass. 
Unraveling the complexities of self-awareness and interpersonal dynamics. I've learned how to cooperate with people who told me to change (they just have a different preferred behavior and communication style). Empowered with a deeper understanding, I've honed my communication skills, navigating trough corporate challenges and personal relationships as well. I stopped over analyzing converstations and started to feel more inner peace.

As a woman (in the professional area), each DISC-inspired insight still drives me forward, rewriting the script for success with resilience and authenticity.
